The Saturday Job
When I lived in Liverpool I loved to stand and sketch Jimmy the Lollipop Man. I gave him one of the resulting screen prints and he was really chuffed, I think. He actually looked a bit like Mr Mustard, who was living just in my head at the time. Perhaps it was inevitable this picture would emerge eventually. I’d love it if there were a safe place for animals to cross the road.
This piece will be ready to send or collect (by appointment) from 27th October.
