The Last of the Marshmallows
It’s really odd what can inspire a picture.
Now that I can finally take my big puppy on longer walks, the ideas are flowing again and I don’t reject many. I’m so thankful for my daydreams.
Walking through Stanmer Park listening to the rustling in the trees, for whatever reason (maybe the colour of the leaves?) I started to think randomly of The Last of the Mohicans. I just love the sound of the title! I’d never wanted to watch it and as I stood there, I started imagining how it must be such an upsetting story with lots of people fighting and getting killed off. I started feeling a bit anxious… and to comfort myself I tried to think quickly of another ‘last of’ thing that was less scary. My last Rolo. But ‘Rolo’ doesn’t sound like ‘Mohican’ and I loved the rhythm of the film title. Feeling much better after my rollercoaster of emotions, I realized a might have an idea for a picture. It sounds contrived but that’s how it really happened. Funny how the brain works, huh?
The background on this one is all lumpy like clouds. It’s a bit delicious.
